Justin Caulley

Justin Caulley was born in Stuttgart in 1981 and grew up in Kansas. He studied with John Graham at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, with Thomas Riebl at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, and with Thomas Selditz at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg.

From 2004 to 2006, he took part in the International Musicians Seminar in Prussia Cove, England, where he was invited to play at the Open Chamber Music Sessions. From 2009 to 2012, he held positions as assistant / associate principal violist at the Konzerthausorchester in Berlin. Since 2006, Justin has been a frequent guest at ensembles such as the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, MusikFabrik Köln and Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop in Berlin. In 2012, he joined Ensemble Resonanz as principal violist while also teaching at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.
